RISE Points Season 1: Ignite - Everything you need to know

Season 1: Ignite is live as of 00:00 UTC on 20 July 2026. This is the first full season of the RISEx Points program. We designed it with a clear goal: to attract and retain real traders, and to distribute points to the people helping RISEx become a leading decentralized exchange.

This article covers the purpose of the program, its structure, how you earn points, the retroactive allocation for early users, and how to track your points.

RISE Points program

RISE is an exchange chain. RISEx is the core product of that chain, a fully onchain orderbook. Since launch, RISEx has processed over $1 million in trading fees on more than $3 billion in perpetual volume. All of it comes from real trading activity.

We created the points program to recognize the traders who have supported the RISE ecosystem and continue to support it. With a fair mechanism, every point you receive reflects the real contribution you make to the venue, rather than coming from farming.

Season 1: Ignite

Ignite is the first full points season. The key parameters:

  • Points accrue from 00:00 UTC on 20 July 2026
  • First distribution: 14:00 UTC on Tuesday, 28 July 2026
  • Weekly allocation: 200,000 points
  • Concludes no later than Q2 2027, aligned with major product milestones

Each week, we distribute a fixed number of points to traders based on their share of qualifying activity on the venue. The more substantive your contribution, the more points you receive.

How to earn points

Points are allocated weekly based on each user's share of qualifying activity. The calculation model and weightings change every week. We deliberately do not publish these details in order to protect the program from being gamed.

The following activities count toward points:

  • Trading sophistication: Intentional, sophisticated trading scores higher than mechanical or wash-style flow.
  • Total costs: Fees paid, slippage, and negative markouts (trades that move against you immediately after execution).
  • Trading volume: Both maker and taker volume.
  • Open interest and position hold time: Size and duration of open positions.
  • Referrals: An additional 10% of the points earned by referred users.

Simply put, we reward people who trade with intention, provide real liquidity, hold meaningful positions, and bring quality traders to RISEx.

Genesis Traders and retroactive allocation

Prior to Ignite, RISEx operated without a public points program. Early participants are recognized through a retroactive allocation.

If you traded before 20 July 2026, you will receive retroactive points based on your actual trading activity and the contribution you made to the venue. Genesis (Season 0) points will be distributed at 14:00 UTC on Thursday, 23 July 2026. Further details on this distribution will be announced separately.

Allocation principles

A foundational principle of the program is that 100% of RISEx Points are allocated to RISEx users. This group includes traders, liquidity providers, and builder code integrators.

The reason is clear. RISE is an exchange chain, and RISEx is the core product. All applications built on the chain benefit from RISEx activity. They can integrate RISEx liquidity and features through builder codes, and RISEx in turn uses their products, such as lending markets or AMM backstop liquidity. Trading activity on RISEx creates value and distribution for the entire ecosystem.

Early supporters of RISE will also receive additional benefits within the program. Details will be shared alongside the Genesis distribution on 23 July.

After each weekly points distribution, you can visit this page to view and track the points you have earned. The first distribution will take place at 14:00 UTC on 28 July 2026.

Note: points accrue continuously but balances update after each weekly distribution, so your first balance appears on 28 July.

What comes next

Season 1: Ignite is only the beginning. The points program moves in step with major product milestones. In the coming period, RISEx will expand into spot markets, tokenised real-world assets (RWAs), and unified margining.

Our goal remains unchanged. We want to build the best possible trading experience and recognize the traders who use the product. We are not running a short-term farming program. We want to fairly recognize real trading activity on a fully onchain orderbook.
