Alright, it’s live: The RISEx Testnet Trading Titans Competition. A public testnet event for anyone who wants to trade, test, and push the system until it squeals. Whether you’re a seasoned onchain perp trader or you’re just here to poke a shiny new product and see what breaks, you’re welcome. This is where we find out what slaps, what’s scuffed, and what needs to get rebuilt. Before you jump in, here are the full details.

What is Testnet Trading Titans: $10k Clash?

It’s a virtual trading showdown on the RISEx testnet. You start each round with $1,000 testnet USDC (fresh stack every time), then it’s simple: trade hard, grow your equity, and climb the leaderboard for a 10,000 USDC prize pool.

Come prove you can trade, and if you don’t, at least break something or tell us what to improve. This is your shot, drop real feedback, fight for rewards, and lock in early access slots for our upcoming private mainnet launch.

We want this to be competitive and fun for early users. And selfishly? It’s the perfect opportunity for us to sharpen RISEx in public, tuning the product into the smoothest, fastest, and most composable trading experience, period.

Competition Rules

Campaign period

The competition will be structured in the following phases:

Phase 1: The Daily Street Fights

February 3 2026 13:30 UTC – February 8 2026 13:30 UTC

• The comp runs daily and resets every 24 hours.
  • Clock stops at 13:00 UTC sharp.
  • Then we take a quick 30-minute break.
  • Fresh round kicks off at 13:30 UTC.
  • Phase 1 lasts 5 full days.
• Leaderboard snapshots are taken daily at 13:00 UTC and announced shortly after.

Betting/Voting Period

February 8 2026 13:30 UTC – February 9 2026 11:30 UTC

• The Top 250 participants from Phase 1 are eligible to participate in the Phase 2 betting/voting round and compete for a share of the $2,500 prize pool.
• Participants outside the Top 250 are not eligible to vote.

Phase 2: The Finale

February 9 2026 13:30 UTC – February 12 2026 13:30 UTC

• Trading duration: 72 hours
• Results will be snapshotted at 13:00 UTC on the following day.

Prize Structure

The total prize pool of up to $10,000 will be allocated according to the number of eligible participants and valid winners. Prizes will be distributed across phases as follows:

Phase 1

Top 5 equity per daily round:

• Top 20 on the all-time leaderboard will advance directly to Phase 2 to compete for the final prizes and receive an invite code for early access to RISEx private mainnet.
• Top 250 will qualify to participate in the Phase 2 betting round.

How to Participate

• Visit RISEx Trading Competition link: testnet.rise.trade/en/competition
• Click “Enable Trading” and connect your X account to your RISEx-linked wallet. Failure to do so will invalidate your entry.
• During registration, simply log in to the competition to record your participation.
• When the event goes live, registered users auto-receive $1,000 testnet USDC on their equity. It resets daily, new $1,000 every 24 hours. No manual claim needed.

Phase 1 Participation:

• Receive $1,000 testnet USDC daily until Phase 1 ends.
• Use the allocated capital to trade any supported pairs on the Trade page during the competition period.
• Climb the leaderboard by increasing your equity balance.

Results Calculation

• Leaderboard ranking is based on ROI % (Return on Investment)
• ROI% = PnL / (Initial Equity + Total Deposits) × 100%
• PnL = Realized PnL + Unrealized PnL – Initial Unrealized PnL
• Daily snapshots and resets occur at 13:00 UTC. The next round starts 30 minutes after that. All positions and balances get fully reset to start fresh.

Note: Qualified participants may still join each round as the competition begins.

Betting / Voting Phase

The betting/voting period will take place one day before Phase 2 begins.

Only the Top 250 participants on the Phase 1 Leaderboard are eligible to vote for the winner.

To participate:

• Follow RISEx Twitter - Search the official post about Betting on RISEx.
• Reply to the post and tag the person you believe will win Phase 2.
  • Ex: “I’m betting on + [username]”

Results:

• Will be announced shortly after Phase 2 concludes.
• Participants who correctly predict the #1 winner of Phase 2 will equally share a $2,500 prize pool.

Phase 2 Participation:

• Only Top 20 from Phase 1 enter the final round.
• Receive $1,000 testnet USDC daily until Phase 2 ends.
• Trading is continuous (no daily reset).
• Cumulative results are tracked on the RISEx leaderboard.

Notes:

• Actual trading volume does not include any bonus-funded trades.
• Only users who have linked their X account and entered their wallet address on RISEx are eligible.
• Any fraudulent activity (duplicate/fake accounts, etc.) will result in disqualification. We reserve the right to remove participants using unfair methods.
• RISEx has the final decision on all campaign rules.

FAQs

1/ To participate in the competition, What are the eligibility requirements?

2/ How much starting capital do we get for the competition? And how do I claim it?

During the competition, each account can claim up to $1,000 in virtual USDC capital per day.

How to claim USDC:

No action required - the USDC for testnet shows up in your equity automatically.

This USDC has no real value on mainnet, it's only for testnet use. You can claim again after 24 hours, but whatever’s left unclaimed vanishes no rollover to the next round.

3/ Ranking only by ROI, or is there more to it?

We rank the leaderboard by ROI (%). To be eligible and improve your position, engage in regular trading while maintaining positive profit and loss (PnL).

4/ How is profit calculated?

Calculation Formulas:

• Initial Margin = Position Value / Leverage Ratio
• Maintenance Margin Ratio = Position Value × Maintenance Margin Ratio
• Profit/Loss Ratio = Profit/Loss ÷ (Initial Capital + Total Deposits) × 100%
• Profit and Loss = [Unrealized Profit and Loss + Realized Profit and Loss − Initial Unrealized Profit and Loss]

Note: “Initial Unrealized Profit and Loss” refers to the value of a participant’s open perpetual USDC positions at the start of the Competition period.

5/ How is the Funding Rate Calculated?

Whenever you open or close a position, our platform applies the following perpetual funding rate mechanism:

• This fee will be deducted from your perpetual futures account balance or margin balance (for isolated margin trades) and will not be included in your actual realized profit or loss.
• For USDC-margined perpetual futures contracts, the funding fee is calculated in USDC and is incurred when opening, closing, or partially closing a position. Pending (unfilled) orders do not trigger funding fees.
• Funding Payment = Position Size × Mark Price × Funding Rate
  • Positive funding rate: Long positions pay shorts (longs pay the fee, shorts receive it).
  • Negative funding rate: Shorts pay longs (shorts pay the fee, longs receive it).
